Shipping policy

We use Australia Post and Fast Way Couriers to deliver your products purchased from our store.  We strive to get your order picked, packed and out the door as soon as possible.

Orders are sent the following day Monday-Friday and you will be sent a notification once it has left our dispatch offices.  Once it leaves our Bowen Hills (QLD) warehouse it usually takes between 1 to 5 business days to be delivered to your location.  Deliveries to remote locations can experience longer delivery times. 

If you place your order on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.  There may be some shipment delays following public holidays.

We pride ourselves in getting your orders dispatched in full and on time, but sometimes this is outside our hands as we use third party delivery partners.  Should your order extend beyond the expected 5 business days delivery timeframe, you can track your order by clicking order tracking in our website footer.  If you are having any issues, please reach out to us on email: shop@coffeecommune.com.au

*Roasted Beans shipping only to Australian domestic shipping areas. Green Beans shipped to Australia and USA.  We may refund your order if you are in a country that has import restrictions.

All orders must be paid for in full via the payment gateway on our e-store prior to the order being sent. If at any stage you experience an error in paying for a order please contact us via the contact us form or email us at shop@coffeecommune.com.au.

While missing packages are extremely rare due to tracking on all orders,  we will do everything we can to assist you with missing packages.  If a package is lost in transit, we will claim the insurance and replace your package.  While this can take a bit of time, we endeavor to assist you as quickly as possible and send you a replacement package.  We are not responsible for any damages caused by non-delivery or late delivery.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost is a standard flat rate of $12.00. For standard orders, you have the option of selecting express shipping for $17.00. Free standard shipping cost applies for any orders over $60, except for bulky items.  For orders that include heavy and bulky items (such as coffee machines, roasters etc.), a higher shipping cost of $30.00 applies.
