Best coffee beans with chocolate notes?

We often get asked which is the best coffee beans with chocolate notes- Easy answer- Arlee Reserve Blend, with delicious chocolate notes. If you are still unsure try our sampler which gives you 4 x 250g beans you will really enjoy.

Do coffee beans expire?

We specialise in crafting unique and fresh roasted coffee beans in-house, offering customers eight signature flavours.

Our coffee beans are best used within 30 days of opening.  Always double-check our packaging for your blend’s roasted date, or contact us for further guidance.  

Should coffee beans be kept in the fridge?

Use roasted beans within 30 days of opening. If you plan to use over a longer period,
pack in airtight bag and store in the freezer. When ready to use, take out the amount you want to use from the freezer the night before and let them come to room temperature before you use them, avoid returning them to the freezer.

Temperature fluctuations and moisture condensation on cold beans will negatively affect the coffee- so we never recommend the fridge!

Best coffee beans for home machine?

All of our private collection roasted coffee has been designed with home coffee machines in mind. The secret? If you buy it ground (an option in the product page) make sure you pick domestic as the grind type- we fine tune that for the best results at home!
