Cancellation policy

The Coffee Commune has two (2) subscription services:

  • Roasted Coffee Subscription
  • Coffee Machine + Coffee Subscription

Roasted Coffee Subscription:

When you purchase a roasted coffee subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

The subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Coffee Machine + Coffee Subscription:

When you purchase a coffee machine + coffee subscription, you will receive a Sunbeam Barista Max (EM5300), and two (2) 500g bags of roasted espresso coffee every month.  

You will continue to receive two 500g bags of coffee every month.

This subscription lasts for 24 months.  

You must provide a Payment Method on sign up. You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account.  If your Payment Method is declined, or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

The subscription fee and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method specified on sign up.
