COLOMBIA - FINCA LAS FLORES - SIDRA - NATURAL

Established in the 1990s, Finca Las Flores has undergone significant expansion, evolving from an 18,000-tree farm to a sprawling 90,000-tree estate. In 2006, the Vergara family ventured into the realm of specialty coffee, embarking on their journey by participating in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition. Since then, they have been dedicated to enhancing and distinguishing their range of green coffee offerings, with the invaluable assistance of their son, Johan. Collaborating with Finca El Diviso, they continually innovate to introduce captivating new coffee profiles.

Situated in Acevedo, within the Huila department, at an elevation of 1,730 meters above sea level, Finca Las Flores thrives on calculated risks that yield fruitful outcomes. Through ongoing research and experimentation, the estate explores various coffee varietals and processing methods, striving to craft unique Colombian coffee profiles. Presently, the Ayure family nurtures an array of cultivars, including Red, Pink, and Yellow Bourbon, Tabi, Java, Maracaturra, and Geisha, alongside exotic varieties such as Wush Wush and Sidra.
