OVERVIEW
Ethiopia’s southwestern highlands remain a cornerstone of natural-processed Arabica, and Djimma G5 Natural provides a classic example of what this heritage delivers: a rustic, earthy, and often full-bodied coffee with deep character. Grown in the forest-edge and smallholder landscapes of the Djimma Region (also spelled “Djimmah”/“Jimma”), this natural-processed lot showcases the region’s signature heavy body, low-to-medium acidity, and a flavour profile that often leans toward nuts, cocoa, cereal or rustic fruit — making it suitable for blending or for drinkers who prefer a more robust, grounded cup.
