Cultivation and Processing

After harvesting and processing (primarily washed), the green coffee is sent for Swiss Water Process decaffeination. This chemical-free method uses only water, temperature, and time to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s inherent flavour compounds. The result is a cup profile that remains true to origin characteristics, with clarity and balance intact.
